She has extensive experience representing corporate clients and their foreign national employees in all phases of the employment process and in the transfer of their foreign national executives, managers, professionals to the U.S., as well as investors seeking to work/operate a business in the U.S. In addition, she represents foreign business owners who are immigrating to the United States to establish and manage U.S. operations and take their companies global.
She also leads the practice in representing individuals, who have demonstrated extraordinary ability in their field of endeavor seeking to immigrate to the United States.
Her expertise also extends to representing clients on naturalization matters and in advising them regarding the retention or relinquishment of permanent resident status.
Ms. Ahn’s motto is “ happy clients are the best form of marketing.” This sets the firm apart from other firms that just do the job, not caring about the satisfaction or quality of the service provided. A good example of this is in the firm's development of clients in O-1 Extraordinary Ability alien petitions in the performing arts industry, with some very talented and interesting clients. The firm started with one happy client, which resulted in word-of-mouth referrals that flourished into a bit of a niche in this type of visa processing. The firm now has a steady stream of clients that range from hip-hop dancers, to TV production companies from Europe. It is an exciting field of immigration law.
Ms. Ahn received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.

She is fluent in Korean.
